Service Description

This 1-hour consultation is a required first step in our work together. We begin with a thorough analysis of your health, diet, and lifestyle to uncover any nutritional root causes of your symptoms. Using a blend of medical nutrition therapy and health coaching, we create an on-going personalized nutrition plan designed to support your body, your goals, and your longevity. Real and lasting change takes time, support, and maintenance — the follow-up sessions are where things really take shape! Follow-ups are $100 per 50-minute session.
